With just 9 days to go before release and a massive amount of hype behind it, Sony is making a final push for Horizon Zero Dawn. To celebrate its release, Sony is letting players earn a set of Horizon Zero Dawn avatars to use on their PlayStation Network account through some simple quests.
Consisting of two sets of quests, the exclusive Watcher avatar can be currently be earned, while the remaining quests for the Rost avatar won’t be revealed until the 21st. The “quests” are fairly straightforward, ranging from watching a trailer video to visiting Horizon Zero Dawn’s Facebook page. You can earn these for yourself here.
This new questing system rewarding freebies seems to be a feature Sony plans to stick with, as its simplicity and decent rewards have been met with appreciation from PlayStation owners. The biggest use of the rewards system was E3 2016, where players were able to earn themes and avatars for games being displayed.
