Try Out Watch Dogs 2 for Three Hours Thanks to Its New Demo

A quick visit to a digitized San Francisco.

Today, Ubisoft has released a free Watch Dogs 2 demo that allows players to get a taste of the full game for three hours.

In a post over on its official blog, Ubisoft revealed that the demo would be coming to both the PS4 and Xbox One. PS4 owners are able to download the free demo now from the PlayStation Store, while Xbox One owners will have to wait until Jan. 24 to jump into the hacking fun. The blog post made no mention of the demo making its way to PC.

The demo also allows players to get a taste of the online elements of the game, too. Players are able to work together to complete a joint objective, or can invade another player’s game world and hack their character’s phone in order to gain important data.

We were very positive about Watch Dogs 2 in our review, praising Ubisoft Montreal for offering a far more polished and refined experience after taking note of the criticisms of its predecessor. You can check out our full review here.
