Resident Evil 7: How to Get the Grenade Launcher

Grenade Launcher – Resident Evil 7

Recommended Videos

What’s Resident Evil without explosions? There’s no better way to take out a particularly tricky boss or an annoying enemy than to watch them explode or burst into a pillar of flames. The grenade launcher in Resident Evil 7 can help you to accomplish just that with one swift BOOM! Of course, you’ll have to actually obtain the weapon first.

The Grenade Launcher is a missable gun that is located in a locked room right off of the Drawing Room in the Baker residence. You’ll need the Scorpion key, which is obtained later on, in order to open the door. The fact that it’s locked and that there’s really no reason to come back to this area makes it easy to forget that room completely. But do yourself a favor, and don’t forget. Once you obtain the Crow Key later in the game, trek back to the house, and head to the Drawing Room and open the Supplies closet. In there you’ll find the Grenade Launcher, some ammo, and some other useful items for your mission.

Now go forth and blow some Molders up. Do note that while ammunition for the Grenade Launcher is not very common to find in Resident Evil 7, you can craft both types as long as you have the necessary ingredients.
