Sony has today opened signups for the beta testing of its upcoming PS4 system update 4.5.
If you’re looking to sign up for the PS4’s 4.5 update beta, you’ll need to head over to this link if you’re in North America, or here if you’re in Europe. You must be 18 years or older to sign up, and must have a PS4 with an internet connection and a Master Account on the system.
Sony hasn’t revealed what features will be coming in the 4.5 update just yet, but do confirm that more details on the update are on the way soon.
It’s worth noting that signing up doesn’t guarantee you a place in the beta, though. Successful users will be emailed instructions for downloading the 4.5 update beta. And remember, if you start having issues with your PS4 following the update, you’ll always have the option to roll back to the current firmware version.
