Lock and load.
Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare was recently released and it seems the popular shooter is still a serious force to be reckoned with in the world of gaming. Those of you who can’t get enough of the action will want to check out this new trailer for the game’s first map pack DLC.
Called “Sabotage,” this map pack includes four brand new maps including a re-imagining of the map “Afghan” from Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2, and a new 90’s-themed zombie adventure called “Rave in the Redwoods.”
The four new maps consist of Noir, Renaissance, Neon, and Dominion. Noir is set in a futuristic Brooklyn that is made to feel like you’re in a noir style film. Neon will see players fight it out in a virtual training simulator designed to teach new soldiers about urban warfare. To give it a simulation feel, players will burst into polygons when they die and cover such as cars will spawn randomly. Renaissance is set in Venice and will offer a variety of ways to play. Sniper will want to make a den up in the church tower whilst the streets below are perfect for running and gunning. Afghan returns from Modern Warfare 2 but is now set on a colony on Mars.
Rave in the Redwoods takes us back to the 90’s and captures the feel of being in a creepy horror film from that era. The map features new weaponry, characters, and new traps.
The Sabotage DLC pack is set to be released first on the PlayStation 4 on January 31. It will come to other platforms at a later date.
