Capcom announced that Akuma would be added to the Street Fighter V character roster, and the company showed off a new teaser trailer. You can check it out down below.
It’s not very surprising that Akuma would be added to the game, considering that he’s a pretty popular character and also a fan-favorite in the series. While Capcom hasn’t announced when he would be added, Akuma will be made playable at PlayStation Experience 2016, which takes place on December 3 and runs till Dcember 4.
This isn’t the only current-gen fighting game Akuma will be featured in. The new trailer for Tekken 7 at E3 earlier this year revealed that Akuma will play a key role in that story as well, and he’ll have interactions with Tekken characters like Heihachi. Pretty exciting times for Akuma fans all around.
Street Fighter V is now available on PS4 and PC. What are your thoughts on his inclusion in the character roster? Feel free to let us know in the comments down below.
