Pokemon Sun and Moon: How Long It Is

How Long the Game Is – Pokemon Sun and Moon

Recommended Videos

Pokemon Sun and Moon are finally out and players will be busy exploring the Alola region and everything it has to offer. Alongside a plethora of new features and gameplay mechanics, Sun and Moon also have a bunch of new ‘mon for you to catch, too. While there are a bunch of new features in the latest titles, you’ll still be completing a number of different challenges before ultimately facing off against the Elite Four at the very end.

During our time spent playing the game, we found that with a bit of exploration every once in a while, getting from start to being crowned Pokemon Champion took us around 35 hours. If you’re focused solely on reaching the end of the game and aren’t too interested in filling out your Pokedex along the way, you can probably cut this down to somewhere around 30 hours.

It’s worth noting, however, that when you’ve defeated the Elite Four, there’s still plenty of stuff left for you to do. Whether you want to complete your Pokedex, hunt out the legendary creatures, or just breed Pokemon until you get ones with the perfect IVs, Sun and Moon are far from over once you’re crowned Pokemon Champion.
