Still no sign of multiplayer.
It’s been a few months since the release of No Man’s Sky. After disappointing fans with the lack of promised features, developer Hello Games went radio silent and declined to respond to any fan questions regarding the state of the game. However, the studio has emerged again with the brand new Foundation Update. You can check out the new trailer down below.
While it certainly doesn’t ‘fix’ the issues the people have had with the game, it’s definitely a step in the right direction. Base-building and teleportation are now available in the game, and players will be able to purchase freighters too. Not only that, players can hire aliens and get them to run hydroponics and greenhouses for them, providing a reliable source of minerals and other resources. You can check out the full patch notes here.
No Man’s Sky is now available for PS4 and PC, and the Foundation Update can now be downloaded and installed on both platforms. Will you be checking out the new update? Let us know in the comments down below.
