High Chaos Ending

If you decided to kill everyone in sight and alert half the city while doing it, then you will receive what can be considered the bad ending. Instead of the plague being stopped, the spread of diseases, rats, and bloodflies will have grown all across the countryside. Even animals normally native to Karnaca will have infested Dunwall and your citizens will now fight for every last scrap of food and money left. The city has turned into a madhouse, will people fighting over every little thing left including speaking with Emily the Vengeful.

Sokolov will be left as a broken shell of a man, both thanks to Jindosh and what you’ve become. His dreams of traveling are gone and the old inventor is now just wasting away in the darkness. It won’t matter which team you sided with in The Dust District, either, as they are never mentioned and are equally bad at their jobs in High Chaos. Essentially, Dishonored 2 will end with the entire city on fire and you being the chief person to blame for that.

It’s also important to note that if you kill the Duke rather than replace him with a new one that will be acknowledged as well, since his body double would have just replaced him. However, what ending you get will entirely be based on your playstyle, just don’t expect to rack up a high body count without any consequences, this is Dishonored 2, after all.
