Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare – How to Melee

Melee – Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare

Recommended Videos

While most of the enemies you encounter in Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare will be taken care of with your trusty weapons at your disposal, sometimes things just don’t go as planned and your target is a little too close for comfort. In times like these, it’s best to melee attack. Here’s how to do exactly that.

Like in most other games, the melee attack is assigned by default to R3. This requires you to press down on the right stick on either your PS4 or Xbox One controller until you hear a click.

You want to wait until the enemy is really close to you, otherwise, your swipe with your knife just isn’t going to hit them. When they’re in range of your lethal knife, press R3 to drop them, problem free.

If you’re in Zombies in Spaceland, the button remains the same. Keep in mind that after the first couple of Scenes, the zombies will no longer be downed so easily by your melee attacks. You’ll need to shoot them up a bit, first.

That’s all there is to using a melee attack in Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare. For more tips, tricks and guides, be sure to check back with Twinfinite.
