After getting some flack from his mother about his lack of a girlfriend due to his Overwatch obsession, Artist Ross Tran of YouTube channel Ross Draws decided maybe transforming her into everyone’s favorite blue-skinned, sniper Widowmaker might make her come around.
After striking a few poses, a particularly intimidating shot is chosen and the Photoshop transformation into Widowmaker begins. Check out the final illustration in his video below.
Although the drawing looks less like his mother as it progresses, perhaps that is for the best. Tran notes drawing the “private, personal areas” in the chest region was… interesting.
In a similarly styled video, Tran even transformed himself into Avatar’s Katara. If you are into Photoshop, his videos are defiantly worth watching, not only because he is such a talented illustrator, but because he throws in some helpful hints now and again.
