Best Skills in Ghost Recon Breakpoint

Skills in Ghost Recon Breakpoint are broken into different sections. Sections like survival, tactics, gear, etc. You’ll have to work your way through the tree in order to reach some of the better ones.

However, there are some you can get right off the bat that will help tremendously. Listed below are the best early game skills to collect.

  • Mark Upgrade: upgrade weapons to MK.2 in the gunsmith to refine and customize them
  • Night Vision: activate by pressing the V key
  • Perk Slot: equip an extra perk
  • Experience Upgrade: +20% XP bonus

These, in particular, are great to grab ASAP. The Mark upgrade will allow you to strengthen your weapons early on to provide great passive bonuses and make them more effective.

Night Vision will help if you’re looking to do some late night recon. Without this skill, you won’t have any access to night vision.

Grabbing the Perk Slot skill will allow you to take an additional perk so you can double up on some extra perks you’ll be picking up later.

Of course, the experience upgrade is more effective the earlier you take it. More experience will grant you faster level-ups which in turn will give you more skill points.

Once you’ve picked these up it’ll be time to start working towards some of the more powerful ones in the game. Here are the best late-game skills.

  • EMP Grenades: stuns enemy drones
  • Syringe MK.2: heal faster and remove some injuries
  • Slim Shadow: +80 stealth, +10 agility

So these three skills listed above will take some time to unlock, but they are game-changing once you’ve unlocked them.

The EMP Grenades will make short work of any drones in the area. Seriously, these will be the difference between a life and death situation.

The Syringe MK. 2 is an upgraded syringe that you’ll be able to craft. These basically insta-heal you and fix any serious injuries you have.

Slim Shadow is an excellent pickup for every stealth encounter. The longer you’re able to stay hidden to better your chances of success are always.

So, those are the best skills in Ghost Recon Breakpoint. If you have a favorite let us know in the comments below.
