Farming Simulator 17 will give you a look into what it’s like to be a modern day farmer. You’re going to need to make sure you keep tabs on your finances, as you will be in charge of your business and livelihood. Hiring workers, buying vehicles, taking care of crops and animals, and expanding your land doesn’t come cheap! So, you need to make sure you have a good supply of money coming in.

Once you have your workers, you can go to different plots of land that you don’t own and help out other farmers. They will pay you really well and won’t ask you to cultivate all of the land, just a certain amount in a time limit (which is often more than enough time).
Simply look on the map for any plots of land (that you don’t own) that need harvesting (marked by orange or red colors) and ride on over there. Interact with the land, and you’ll be able to accept the mission. It will explain what you need to do, as well as how much money you’ll earn in this window. You’ll find that farmers are very generous for your time.
