Following some matchmaking and server issues during this weekend’s beta for Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare, Infinity Ward is giving players an extra 24 hours to test the game out.
Infinity Ward, announcing the news via their Twitter account, has thanked the community for their reaction to the beta and are asking for players to give feedback on their experience. The extension sees the beta stay live until 10AM PT on Tuesday, October 18. You can see Infinity Ward’s tweet, including the full statement, below.

Also, alongside the extension, Gun Game will be added to the playlist on the beta, allowing fans to try the popular mode. A new matchmaking system has also been added to the beta which will hopefully clean up the matchmaking issues many players were having.
Infinity Ward close their statement by once again thanking the fans for the support of the beta and ask them to give feedback via their website.
The beta for Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare is playable now on PlayStation 4 and the full game will be available on November 4.
