Capcom has just announced that Apollo Justice: Ace Attorney, which originally released on the Nintendo DS some years back, will be coming to smartphones soon. While it wasn’t quite as well-received as other entries in the series because of Apollo’s own weak character development, this is still a good chance for anyone who missed out on this fourth entry to catch up with the story.
‘Players start as rookie defense attorney Apollo Justice as he visits crime scenes, questions key witnesses and collects vital evidence before stepping into the courtroom to prove his clients’ innocence. Facing Apollo across the courtroom is the highly talented and flamboyant prosecutor Klavier Gavin who, in addition to being a legal genius, is also lead singer with Gavinners, a highly successful rock band with a string of hits to their name.’
The smartphone port of the game will also feature a new and optimized UI for phones and tablets, as well as improved graphics. Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney – Spirit of Justice is the latest entry in the series, and is now available on the 3DS.
