Even better badges!

Badge Upgrade – NBA 2K17

Recommended Videos

NBA 2K17 has officially released today, and is full of new innovations, but also sees the return of Badges. Badges can be applied to specific abilities that help make your created player even better.

In MyCareer mode, there are four tiers of a badges your player can earn: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Hall of Fame. Now once you complete certain objectives, you will keep upgrading these badges to the next tier. For example, when a player plays well in a certain special ability like shooting three-pointers in the corner, he unlocks stronger abilities in that specific field. Keep in mind, only gold badges can be upgraded to a Hall of Fame Badge (Purple). Here’s a general way to approach upgrading badges:

Pick a bronze badge and take a look at the requirements you need to obtain it. Purchase silver and gold upgrades with your VC. Finally, keep repeating the requirements it takes to get the bronze and eventually a notification  will pop up in the middle of a game, letting you know that you obtained the Hall of Fame badge

Here are all the badges featured in NBA: 2K17. For more help, be sure to check back with Twinfinite for guides, tips, and wikis.
