Infinite Warfare Adds Prototype Weapons, Missile Platforms, and Black Hole Projectors to Multiplayer

So much tech to kill with.

There’s a lot of stuff coming to Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare’s multiplayer, with the most important of all being Prototype Weapons. Meaning that you’ll be able to make your own weapons, after a fashion. You need to use Salvage (the game’s currency) to craft base weapons into prototypes that are classified by four different kinds of rarity. The prototypes can be a part of your loadout, and you can make more by earning Salvage.

In addition to those, you’ll also have the Perks that have been a part of the series for years. Said Perks include a T.H.O.R. missile platform, Biospikes that insta-kill enemies on impact (and creates shrapnel clouds for anyone unlucky to be close by), and a black hole projector that sucks in your enemies. You can also call down a heavily armored robot to act as a sentry, or hop in the robot yourself and lay waste.

Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare comes to the PS4, Xbox One, and PC on Nov. 4. The beta arrives next month, but for PS4 players first!
