It has been announced by Bethesda that DOOM will receive a free update which will add several new game modes to the fast paced action shooter released earlier this year.
Firstly, the game will get an update which will add a new Deathmatch mode for the game’s online multiplayer along with Private Matches which will also be added in an update scheduled to launch later this month.
In the Fall, a an Arcade Mode will be added to the game’s single player campaign in order to add a “competitive addition” to the title.
Details on all of these additions are set to be revealed in detail during a livestream that will occur at 7pm BST next Tuesday, September 13. A short trailer for the free updates has been released and gives us a brief look at what to expect.
