Destiny Rise of Iron: How to Find Players in Archon’s Forge

Archon’s Forge Players – Destiny: Rise of Iron

Recommended Videos

Rise of Iron has released and has brought heaps of new content to the world of Destiny. While many players will be checking out the story content, battling it out in the new strike, and hunting for the new Exotic weapons, others may be trying their hand at Archon’s Forge.

Archon’s Forge is essentially a new form of Court of Oryx. You need to submit offerings to gain access, battle waves of enemies, and take down some bosses in the process. In return, you’ll get some seriously sweet loot which will more than likely be higher than your current light level.

While this sounds like a win-win scenario, players have been finding that they’ve had no other players joining them when entering Archon’s Forge.

This is because Archon’s Forge is its own instance, meaning when you load into Archon’s Keep, the game hasn’t determined any players for you to be matched up with. In order to combat this, you’ll want to try approaching the Forge slowly. For example, if you try crouch-walking from a distance, you should find that you’ll have some more luck when matchmaking for Archon’s Forge.

If you’re still having issues, try waiting until everyone runs out of keys, then leave the Forge, head back outside, and go shoot some of the adds wandering around this area of the Plaguelands. Then after a couple of minutes, crouch-walk your way back into the Forge. With a bit of luck, you’ll have some backup when you head into the Forge this time.
