Week One (Sept. 1-10)

phoenix wright spirit of justice, Nintendo, E3, 2016, exclusives

September starts off just a bit slow before ramping things up later in the month with big video game releases, but that doesn’t mean the beginning is completely devoid of games. Axiom Verge, a challenging indie platformer, makes its way to the Wii U. The Tomorrow Children finally sees a release, as it brings its multiplayer social experiment to the table. On the 3DS, Phoenix Wright’s next big title, Spirit of Justice, puts players in the shoes of the attorney yet again as they solve cases, and seek out the truth.
