Final Fantasy Brave Exvius Tops 5 Million Downloads Worldwide

Not bad.

Final Fantasy Brave Exvius is the latest Final Fantasy mobile game put out by Square Enix, and it’s now available on iOS and Android devices. Today, Square Enix announced via a press release that since the game’s launch on mobile devices, the app has been downloaded over five million times globally. Also, this doesn’t include the 6.5 million players already available in Japan, so that’s pretty impressive.

To celebrate this milestone, Square Enix has also announced some special rewards for players who log into the game during a certain period of time:

‘To commemorate the milestone and thank fans for their continued support, players who log into FINAL FANTASY BRAVE EXVIUS from July 26th 12:00 a.m. ~ July 30th 11:59 p.m. Pacific will receive a total of five rare Summon Tickets and 50 Metal Minituars.’

While the gameplay in Final Fantasy Brave Exvius isn’t exactly bad, the story is shockingly plain and bland. Still, you can’t deny that there’s enjoyment to be had from obtaining rare and powerful summons, and beating down your enemies with five star heroes.
