Remember to restart the game.
Since the drop of the latest Conflict update for The Division, the game seems to have been plagued with multiple bugs and glitches. Ubisoft Massive has been working tirelessly to fix these problems, and it seems like most of them, including the bug that caused some saved characters to disappear, have been rectified.
The official Division Twitter account just sent out a tweet today, announcing that they had just released a patch to fix the ‘double UI’ bug that players have been experiencing. This bug was extremely problematic because the UI would duplicate over itself, making it very difficult to read the onscreen text or select items in your backpack. In order to fix the bug, players will simply have to install the new patch, and then restart the game entirely, and things should be back to normal.
