No Man’s Sky Soundtrack Composers Unveil a New Song

No Man's Sky. E3

New tunes while you travel the galaxy.

No Man’s Sky is a little over a month and a half away from release after a time out of the spotlight, and one of the big draws for the game (y’know, aside from touring the entire galaxy and touching down on random planets) is its music. The soundtrack is being handled entirely by the band 65daysofstatic, and today, they unveiled a new song from the soundtrack called Red Parallax. You can listen to it down below.

65daysofstatic are also the band behind the tracks for the previous two trailers of the game, ‘Debutante’ (which was playing during the initial reveal of the game) and ‘Supermoon’. Like those two songs, it starts out with some haunting ambiance, before going all out with guitar and drums. Fortunately, much like those other two songs, it’s also really dang good. You can pre-order the soundtrack here.

No Man’s Sky flies to the PS4 on August 9.
