Detroit Become Human: Accept Fowler’s Deal or Refuse? (Markus Guide)

Should Markus Accept Fowler’s Deal or Refuse it in Detroit Become Human?

Recommended Videos

Markus has a really tough job in Detroit Become Human. As leader of Jericho, he’ll have to lead the movement that will ripple either liberty for androids or total destruction. A pivotal moment in the story is when the FBI’s Fowler proposes a deal to Markus. But should you accept it? Here’s what happens if you accept Fowler’s deal as well as what happens if you refuse in Detroit Become Human.

Fowler’s deal, should you choose to accept it, calls for the androids to surrender. In return, the power couple of North and Markus can live. Or so he says. You see, once you accept the deal, the androids will surrender and be sent to slaughter. Fowler then – just like any typical bad guy – basically calls them idiots for believing him and shoots both Markus and North. They die, having betrayed their entire cause.

If you refuse the deal, you might still end up in an ending where death comes to everyone, but at least you’ll open your story up to the possibility of a happy ending where the androids win equality.
