Persona 3 Manga Coming to the West this September

Persona!

Hey Persona fans, getting antsy while waiting for more news about Persona 5’s English release date? Fret not, Udon Entertainment has just announced that the Persona 3 manga will be getting an English release, and the first issue is slated for this September.

The Persona 3 manga made its debut back in February 2007, in Dengeki Maou magazine. Writer Shuji Sogabe also mentioned that the manga series will probably end in the 10th volume. The 9th volume was released just this January. Udon Entertainment was also responsible for licensing the manga adaptation of Persona 4.

This release date will coincide nicely with the Japanese launch of Persona 5, and if the English version of the game isn’t out by then, at least we’ll have the manga to tide us over for a little bit. Persona 5 is set to be released for the PS3 and PS4 on September 15 in Japan. Will you be picking up the manga’s English release later this year? Let us know in the comments down below.

Thanks, Persona Central.
