Microsoft’s E3 Conference Set To Be 90 Minutes Long

Microsoft, Xbox One, E3

After a so-so conference last year, can Microsoft and Xbox bounce back?

Phil Spencer, the head of Microsoft’s Xbox division, has confirmed that the company’s press conference at this year’s E3 event is¬†scheduled to last 90 minutes.

The conference takes place on June 13th at 9.30am PST at the Galen Center in downtown Los Angeles, California, a day before the official E3 show kicks off at the LA Convention Center.

Spencer revealed the information concerning the running time of the conference via Twitter, after someone posed the question to him, as seen below.

This news follows the release of a report this morning, which claims that an Xbox One Slim console is set to be revealed at the press conference, though nothing has been officially confirmed as of yet.

We can also expect to see lots of new footage from a variety of Xbox titles at this year’s conference, including Gears of War 4, Crackdown 3, and Halo Wars 2.

No doubt there will be a few surprise announcements along the way too.

Ubisoft and Sony will also be hosting their press conferences on the same day, with the former’s scheduled for 1pm PST and the latter due to begin at 6pm PST.
