The comic, titled ‘Mission Statement’, highlights offensive character Pharah, and depicts her and a few ally soldiers taking on the bad guys in a city-scape location.

This doesn’t mark the first time Blizzard have released a digital comic online in the run-up to the launch of Overwatch. Using the same link to the Mission Statement comic, you can find comics focussing on the characters of McCree, Reinhardt, and Symmetra, as well as Junkrat and Roadhog sharing an issue.

Blizzard have also released a series of animated short films online to support the launch of Overwatch. These short films expand upon the backstory of the various characters featured throughout the game, and can all be found on the official Overwatch YouTube page.

Overwatch will release worldwide later this month on May 24 for PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, and we here at Twinfinite have put together a handy list of all the pre-order bonuses and various editions of the game that are available at different retailers around the globe.
