Ratchet & Clank has a nostalgic, old-school feel. It’s packed with a ton of nods to gamers that have known the series for awhile. Nowadays, cheats have been pretty much outlawed on console games because of achievements and trophies and online play. However, Ratchet & Clank brings it back with having a cheats menu built right into the game.
In order to access it, you’ll need to get Gold Bolts. You can check out our guide on how to get them over here. Accumulate some of those Gold Bolts and head over to the Extras menu. Once there, you’ll notice that not only are secret appearances and image galleries available, but cheats, too. Now all that’s left to use them is to get the required number of bolts next to each cheat. Don’t worry, unlocking a cheat won’t diminish your bolts. You’ll want to get all 28 in order to be able to use them all, though.
