How Long is Quantum Break?

The clock is ticking.

With every new AAA release, gamers always want to know: how long is it? Quantum Break, the newest game from Remedy Entertainment and a Windows 10 exclusive, is no different. The time-bending, narrative rich experience that has been crafted has many excited, so it’s no wonder fans want to know how long they’ll be entrenched in Jack Joyce’s adventure.

The answer to that question depends on how much you care about story. Running straight through Quantum Break and skipping the live action episodes, as well as any cutscenes will only take you around eight hours. However, if you’re the type who wants to experience all that Remedy has built during a single playthrough, you’re looking at closer to 12 hours. That’s including seeking out information and watching the four, optional, live action episodes.

You should note, though, that there are multiple paths that the story can take before reaching the end. If you are willing to replay a few Acts, you can squeeze out another 3-5 hours, where you’ll see new things and deal with different characters.

So, Quantum Break can run anywhere from 8-17 hours depending on what it is you want from the experience. How deep into time are you willing to dive? Let us know in the comments below. And for help with the game, as well as a look at our review, check out our wiki!
