Prepare to roll the die.
A Dark Souls board game is being created by Steamforged Games.
The board game is fully licensed by Bandai Namco and a Kickstarter for the game will be set up later this month. Announcing the game, Steamforged said: “As Dark Souls fans, we could not be more excited to be given the honour of developing a board game that embraces everything that makes Dark Souls the deep, compelling game experience that it is.”
The last board game Steamforged made was also Kickstarted and made £93,691 when it was announced two years ago. It was called Guild Ball and the concept was a medieval version of football.
How the board game will work is currently unclear. Another From Software title is also going to be a tabletop game, as a Bloodborne card game was announced by veteran game creator Eric Lang.
It is still unknown as to whether or not the board game will give you the option to praise the sun.
