Let the games begin, with new footage and a release date.
At long last, some footage of Zero Time Dilemma (the third game in the Zero Escape series) has now been released! Up until this point, all we’ve had to go off of were screenshots, character bios, artwork, and snippets from interviews, so it’s quite refreshing seeing the game in action.
The trailer, which has been dubbed ‘Zero Escape: Zero Time Dilemma Trailer 1’ (implying there will be more trailers in the future), shows off the characters in various cutscenes, along with footage of the new antagonist. The trailer is English dubbed; some voices may be familiar here, as the game features returning characters from the past Zero Escape games. The cast is made up of 9 characters, naturally. You can view the trailer, which is almost 2 minutes long, down below:
Along with the trailer comes even more excitement: An official release date. The game is set to release for PlayStation Vita and Nintendo 3DS on June 28, 2016. Important to keep in mind is that while the US will be getting both the retail and digital releases, the EU territories are only getting it digitally, as noted in the description of the trailer. Now that the official release date has been dropped, the game certainly feels closer than ever now, doesn’t it?
