Turok, the remastered version, came to PC near the end of last year, and plans were set from the get-go to bring Turok 2 to PC as well in a similar format. Now it’s been revealed that the remastered versions of the games are to the Xbox One too.
Just recently on Twitter, however, developer Night Dive Studios answered a question as to whether we’d see these remasters heading to consoles, to which they responded that they’re planning on bringing Turok and Turok 2 to Xbox One.

The discussion went on further, with regards to if we’d see these on any other consoles besides Xbox. Night Dive Studios is currently evaluating other platforms, but there’s no official confirmation as of yet if we’ll see it happen on them or not. So, for those of you in that category, you’ll just have to wait with baited breath.
The sequel’s remastered version has yet to come to Steam, so with this news in mind, the release might coordinate closely with both platforms. Either way, it’s exciting news for fans of the series who didn’t pick the game up on PC. No word as of yet to when the Xbox One versions of the games will release.
