Don’t explore alone, take Link!
In honor of the launch of The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess HD, Google has decided to give Zelda fans a reason to do some Google Map-exploring today. When you access Google Maps in your browser today, you will notice that the exploring icon has changed from your usual little orange pointer to a character any well-seasoned Nintendo gamer will recognize… The one and only Hero of Time, Link!
It’s dangerous to go alone. So why not check out the browser version of Google Maps for some legendary surprises? pic.twitter.com/Hy3cIyjySE

You can see in the image from Nintendo of America’s official Twitter account that The Legend of Zelda’s very own Link is ready for some Google Map exploring, with Master Sword in one hand and his Hylian Shield in the other. We think we’ll take Link for a trip to Nintendo New York!
The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess HD releases on the Wii U today both digitally and physically. The physical copy comes bundled with an all-new Legend of Zelda amiibo, Wolf Link/Midna. It’s also been revealed that you will somehow be able to use this amiibo in the new upcoming unnamed Legend of Zelda game slated to come out sometime this year. And if you visit the eShop, you’ll notice a very fitting tune playing in the background (the Malo Mart tune from Twilight Princess).
Have fun exploring Google Maps with the Hero of Time, and don’t forget to grab your copy of The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess HD today!
