Dying Light’s open world is vast and you can find yourself accomplishing a ton in a short period of time. You wouldn’t want to lose all of that progress, would you? That’s right, make sure to keep your save data on point in the world. But how can you make sure that you won’t lose any of your progress?
Well, Dying Light does have an auto-save feature that will save the game for you after quests and during certain points in the world. Whenever you pick up a collectible, too, you’ll have the auto-save kick in. However, if you want to stop and haven’t had an auto-save pop up in awhile, you’re going to want to head to a hideout/safe house. Find a bed somewhere in the world. Just get your character to rest his poor head and you’ll trigger a save that you deemed worthy. Rest easy, your data is safe now.
