Kylo Ren’s Lightsaber Makes it Onto Star Wars Rebels

That's exactly who you think it is.

One of the new cast members of Star Wars: The Force Awakens is Adam Driver as Kylo Ren. While the movie leading up to release was building him up as the new trilogy’s Darth Vader, that’s not the case in the actual movie (no spoilers!). But he definitely has an iconic look like the Sith Lord, including a lightsaber with a hilt. It’s pretty awesome, and now it’s making its way into Star Wars Rebels.

Rebels, which is set 15 years after Revenge of the Jedi, is currently in its second season. The new trailer, which we’ve provided below, shows that Ren’s lightsaber wasn’t something he just came up with all on its own. Rebels protagonist Ezra Bridger finds one, and he’ll also be crossing paths with some familiar faces. And one in particular that’ll throw folks for a loop…
