Breaking: Thousands of figurine makers woke up today to the horrible news that they did not make this amazing Amaterasu figure based on Capcom’s Okami.
Is there even a point to making figurines anymore when something this flawless exists? I mean I get that not everyone cares about Okami, but it must be hard knowing that whatever you make will never be as majestic as this Amaterasu figure:
It radiates excellence and we will all live in its shadow forever. No one, and I mean no one, will ever create something better than this for the rest of human history.
Slight exaggerations aside, this rendition of Amaterasu by Kim Bangcola via First 4 Figures is absolutely stunning. Unfortunately, as you probably could imagine, you’ll have to pay a pretty penny to get her. The figurine will cost $384.99 or you can opt to pay for it in three easy payments. Right now it is estimated that the figurine should be available sometime in Q3 2016 but pre-orders are open if your wallet is ready.
