Shaq Fu: A Legend Reborn Gameplay Trailer Debuts at The Game Awards

Shaq is back.

Its been over 30 years since the first Shaq Fu title, but tonight at The Game Awards, we saw a glimpse at the next title in the basketball/kung-fu series. Basketball legend Shaquille O’Neal teased the crowd by offering them free copies of the notorious fighting game before showing off footage of Shaq Fu: A Legend Reborn.

The new Shaq Fu title is not a fighting game, but a 2D beat-em-up. Shaquille O’Neal’s video game avatar was shown punching out enemies in the street and using ancient kung-fu energy blasts as he is known to do.

Shaq-Fu: A Legend Reborn is coming to PlayStation 4, Wii U, PlayStation 3, Xbox One, Xbox 360 and PC.
