Shawn Ashmore took the stage at The Game Awards tonight to show off a brand new trailer for Quantum Break. While the trailer didn’t show any new gameplay footage, it did give us a glimpse of the game’s story and its beautiful visuals.

Quantum Break is an upcoming third-person shooter action game that is being developed exclusively for the Xbox One. Players will take control of James Joyce, who is being played by Shawn Ashmore, with time manipulation powers in world where time freezes and stutters.
It is set to be released in 2016.
