Star Wars Battlefront’s Season Pass Costs Almost as Much as the Full Game

A long time ago, in a galaxy far, far away... You lost all your money...

EA has announced Star Wars Battlefront’s season pass today. The pass will grant buyers “four upcoming expansion packs” that will introduce new content into the game, early access to each expansion (by two weeks), and an exclusive “Shoot First emote.”

You can pre-order the season pass on PS4, Xbox One, and PC (via Origin) for $49.99. Make sure you have at least 1.1MB of space free!

While no more information was released, we’ll keep an eye out for any more details in the coming weeks before Star Wars Battlefront’s release. Recently, the beta that’s been open to everyone has been extended with a new end date. As for what may be coming with the full launch next month, a data-mine of the beta found Han Solo, Leia, and The Emperor in the code.
