The return of Agent 47 draws nearer.
The next big event in the gaming industry is around the corner with Paris Games Week, which runs from October 28- November 1. On the game’s official Twitter page today, IO announced that the new entry in the long-running series would receive a new trailer during the show. It be dropping on October 28, the day the show itself begins. Fans can catch the trailer first on a 1-hour Hitman livestream the company will be running on Twitch.
Just a month ago the new Hitman game from Square Enix and IO Interactive was delayed out of this year and into a 2016 release. IO cited wanting the best launch experience possible and sooner more consistent updates as reasons for the delay.
Hitman will be launching on March 11, 2016 for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC. The game will feature the large open environments of Paris, Sapienza, and Marrakesh with more on the way later. After the initial launch of content, IO will be providing consistent content updates, adding even more missions and objectives. The levels clock in at roughly six times larger than the areas in the last game, Hitman: Absolution.
