Mirror’s Edge Catalyst Has Been Delayed

“Keep the Faith.” Wink, wink.

Sorry, parkour lovers, Mirror’s Edge Catalyst has been delayed by EA. Over in a blog post, Senior Producer Sara Jansson shared an update on the state of Catalyst as well as the decision to delay the game until May 24, 2016. This is a few months off of the initial release date, and Jansson assured that it’s to make sure the game is as polished as possible.

“We will use these few extra months to make sure that when you step into the massive City of Glass and experience the rise of Faith, it’s as entertaining, impressive, and memorable as it can be.

Thank you again for your patience and support. Keep the Faith.”

Wink, wink.

Mirror’s Edge Catalyst is set to release for PS4, Xbox One, and PC. What do you think of the delay? Bummed out? Glad they’re taking the time to make sure it’s perfect? Let us know in the comments below!
