Halloween Event Hitting Heroes of the Storm Next Week

“Prepare yourselves, the bells have tolled! Shelter your weak, your young and your old! Each of you shall pay the final sum! Cry for mercy; the reckoning has come!”

Starting next week, Blizzard will release the Hallow’s End event that will give the MOBA a spooky vibe.

This event will unleash new mounts, a new character skin and numerous Halloween-styled bundles that players can delve into.

Players can also earn bonus experience starting with the launch of Hallow’s End at 10 a.m. PDT on October 27, and the bonus experience will last until 10 a.m. PDT on November 3rd. This gives Heroes of the Storm players plenty of time to earn that precious experience for their characters.

The bonus experience event will end on November 3rd but the Hallow’s End festivities will still be around until November 17.

Some of the new content available to purchase will include a Buccaneer Falstad Wildhammer skin, a Headless Horseman’s Charger Mount, and a limited edition Jack-O’-Lantern player portrait.

In order to unlock the player portrait, gamers will have to play 25 games during the Hallow’s End event, which again will last until November 17.

Hallow’s End celebration was first introduced in Blizzard’s other game World of Warcraft in which the menacing Headless Horseman rampaged through various villages in Azeroth. Hallow’s End was easily one of World of Warcraft‘s finest and most cherished holiday celebrations that took place in the game.

Hopefully down the line we’ll get a playable Headless Horseman in Heroes of the Storm, would you guys like to see that as well? Let us know in the comments and be sure to let us know if you plan on playing Heroes of the Storm during this event!
