For Honor Reveals a New Playable Class, The Oni

It seems appropriate that Ubisoft should show off For Honor at this year’s Tokyo Game Show with the reveal of a new playable class, called The Oni.

At Sony’s conference, we were shown a brand new trailer showcasing The Oni’s heavy and brutal-looking fighting style. The Oni was revealed to be a skilled duelist that is quick and lethal, and also inspires fear in his enemies. The Oni also carries classic Japanese Katana Wood and dons leather armor as part of its gear. Some of The Oni’s key abilities in For Honor also include Kunai, Poisoned Blade, and Arrow Storm. For Honor is set to be released for the PS4, Xbox One, and PC, though we’ve yet to receive any word of a release date.
