With just under a month before the release of Assassin’s Creed Syndicate, Ubisoft has announced the first piece of DLC the game will receive. Today during Sony’s Tokyo Games Show presentation, the company showed off the trailer for the DLC featuring the infamous killer Jack the Ripper.
With the Victorian London setting Jack the Ripper seems like a perfect fit for the shadowy assassinations the series is known for. The game has also already been announced to feature other historical figures, like Charles Darwin and Charles Dickens. The add-on will be available on it’s own as well as in a season pass available for the game. It will be interesting to see how Assassin’s Creed manages to integrate the disturbing tale of Jack into the new game.
Assassin’s Creed Syndicate will drop on October 23 on Xbox One and PlayStation 4, and November 19 on PC. What do you think of the new add-on? Are you ready to take on the mystery of Jack the Ripper?
