Driveclub’s Newest Update Brings Some Rebalancing and New Content

Get behind the wheel of the Renault R.S. 01 thanks to DriveClub’s newest update.

Evolution Studios has just released a brand new update for their PS4 exclusive racing title, DriveClub which adds some new content and rebalancing.

For starters, the new update has increased the games Driver Level, which was introduced in July, from 66 to 75. Each of these new levels will include their own reward and this new update also means that level 66 players will get the Renault R.S. 01 supercar, which you can check out in action below.

The update also includes 12 new ‘SPRINT’ variations of the games tracks for use in Time Trial & Challenges. On Facebook, Evolution Studios revealed that these tracks include Cayoosh Point, Putre, Munnar, Goshodaira, Holmastad & The Kyle. Along with these tracks, this update also adds leaderboards to all of the games Tour events.

Evolution Studios have also updated the Rimac Automobili Concept_One and VUHL 05 performance and handling based on “manufacturers and community feedback.” They have also added support for the Thrustmaster TH8PA manual gear shifter.

Along with revealing details about this update, Evolution Studios also revealed that they will continue to support DriveClub with future updates and that they are working on more features such as private multiplayer lobbies and new tracks. They also revealed that they’re still working on a new DriveClub App because “The game and servers have changed significantly since we first brought out the MYDRIVECLUB app last year.”
