Keiji Inafune and Comcept Announce New Game, Red Ash: The Indelible Legend

How about you play the bait next time?

Today, Comcept and Keiji Inafune have released a teaser trailer for their new title, Red Ash: The Indelible Legend.

Back when Inafune announced he would be at the anime expo, it was revealed he would have a special announcement that “may interest Mega Man fans.” From the looks of the Red Ash teaser, (and for how many times you hear the word legend) the Internet is predicting that this may be some sort of Mega Man Legends successor.

Inafune left Capcom back in 2010 to establish Comcept, since then, he has been working on Azure Striker Gunvolt and the anticipated Mega Man style game, Mighty No. 9. In recent news, Inafune has also been working on the Xbox One exclusive, ReCore.

The trailer shows off some character and level concept art, as well as voices of some of the characters that were shown off. Inafune and Comcept will be working with the developers of Catherine over at Studio 4°C.

At the end of the trailer it is revealed that more will be discussed during the LA Anime Expo this July 4.
