Batman: Arkham Knight Most Wanted Guide – How to Beat Campaign for Disarmament

Be a bomb disposal expert with this guide!

Likewise, certain bombs will yield greater resistance from militia forces than others. Typically you’ll find an easier time fending off drone tanks on Bleake Island than Founders’, for example. Regardless, any bomb defusal can be the end of the Batman if you aren’t readily prepared. Both your batmobile’s armor and weapons should be sufficiently upgraded before tackling any of the bombs.

Once you’ve begun the virus upload, you will be ambushed and surrounded on all sides by drone tanks. As mentioned earlier, the type of resistance you will come up against depends on both where you are on the map as well as how far along you are in the main story. Once you’ve located a bomb a quick check of your map will clue you in at how difficult defusing it will be (with “Ultra” being the hardest). Ultra level in general will see you facing off against several types of tanks, mobile missile launchers, and even flying drones!

Be sure to have your batmobile's armor and weapons upgraded before tackling the bombs.

Taking care of the militia forces will require your patience and attention. While in tank mode, look for any missiles targeting the batmobile and take care of those immediately. Make use of the batmobile’s dodge thrusts to circumvent enemy attacks. Retaliate with the 60mm canon for the tanks, and the machine gun for the flying drones. It is imperative that the batmobile’s armor is maxed out for you to stand a chance, as even the most deft drivers will receive their fair share of hits when the fight starts to get hairy.

The best strategy is to keep moving, stay out of the line of fire, and strike as often as possible. Build up the batmobile’s energy reserves to max, and then let loose a barrage of homing missiles to take care of several enemies at once. This is often the most efficient means of staying alive.

Once you’ve taken care of all the bombs you will be locked out of finishing off the entire mission. This is because you’ll have to finish both Own the Roads and Occupy Gotham. Then and only then will you be able to finish the fight, and square off with Deathstroke, tanko-y-tanko.

With the bombs and Deathstroke taken care of, you can officially pat yourself on the back. You did good, kid. And for all your Batman: Arkham Knight needs, head over to our wiki for valuable tips, tricks, and guides; same bat-time, same bat-channel!
