Bohemia Interactive’s DayZ is an open world game that’s always on and requires an internet connection for you to play. It’s a bit of a stickler if you’ve got bad internet or it goes out, but that’s thankfully about to change.
Today at E3, it was revealed that players will be able to play the game by yourself if your connection drops out in the middle of the game. If and when you’re able to connect again, you’ll keep whatever progress you’ve made while playing DayZ offline. Simple as that.
