Square Enix Launches Mysterious Teaser Website

Square Enix is such a tease.

Square Enix may have just announced a new Deus Ex game, but that apparently isn’t all it’s got hidden up its sleeve. The Japanese company has just launched a secret and mysterious new website which appears to be teasing something.

The web address is here and features an epic looking background with the letters S A R and the numbers 01 01. It appears that these letters and numbers may just be a small cut out of an overall title and/or release date.

It was discovered by DualShockers that sharing the site on Facebook or Twitter will reveal the message “”Square Enix New Project. NEXT 2015.04.13.”

So far we really can’t guess what this website could be hinting at. Could it be a new game from an already established franchise, or a completely new IP from Square Enix, or something else entirely? Square Enix may have just announced their new Deus Ex game, Mankind Divided, but it doesn’t seem as if the two are related. The website sort of gives us a space-y sort of vibe, but at this point, anything is possible.

It looks like we’re just going to have to wait patiently until Monday to find out more.
