Cater can also take on the role of the debuffer in your squad. Abilities such as Debuff Shot, Stilling Shot, and Viral Spray allow her to lower an enemy’s defense, inflict Stop status, and cause Poison. If you need a saboteur type character in your squad, Cater is definitely a solid choice to go with.
The only thing that you really need to watch out for is her HP. Cater has one of the lowest HP in Class Zero, meaning she’ll go down really quickly if she gets overwhelmed. Boost her already incredibly high agility by getting Accelerate, Slipstream, Quick Reflexes, and perhaps consider Avoid as her defensive spell.
Your best bet when using Cater is to keep her a safe distance from enemies. Don’t bother putting her behind a Wall because chances are she’s much safer moving around than standing still anyways. To increase her range as a sniper, consider purchasing Hawkeye so that she can snipe enemies from further away. With Cater, being far away from enemies will prolong her lifespan very significantly.
